Fusing celestial rarity with mechanical precision, the Erling Haaland Signature Chronomat marks a new pinnacle for Breitling, where sport meets stardust in a collaboration that redefines luxury timekeeping. Breitling’s latest drop isn’t just a new watch, it’s a cosmic collision of legacy, craftsmanship, and raw sporting power. The Erling Haaland Signature Chronomat collection , unveiled in July 2025, sees the iconic Swiss watchmaker partner with football’s unstoppable force, Erling Haaland , to deliver a pair of timepieces that are equal parts mechanical masterpiece and personal memoir. At the heart of each watch lies a dial cut from the Muonionalusta meteorite, an extraterrestrial relic older than Earth itself. This 4.5-billion-year-old iron-nickel meteorite, with its unique Widmanstätten patterns formed in the cold vacuum of space, ensures that each watch is one of a kind. The dials are not manufactured, they’re unearthed. That level of rarity sets the tone for the entire collection. The range includes two limited-edition references. First, the Chronomat Automatic GMT 40, crafted in stainless steel with a platinum bezel, is limited to 500 pieces and features a red-gold GMT hand, Haaland’s initials on the central seconds hand, and a caseback engraved with “ONE OF 500” and “ERLING HAALAND 9”. It’s a private homage to a player who isn’t just making history, he’s rewriting it. It reflects Breitling ’s enduring mission: blending timeless horology with bold modernity and sustainability. And in Haaland, they’ve found a partner who embodies it all, power, precision, and performance that’s out of this world. - Wine Tasting Is An Art
by Akash Khatri Wine Tasting Is An Art 7 July 2022 FOOD Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement “Wine gets better with age & I get better with wine” if this phrase sounds familiar then this article is for you. In case you are a wine-lover, I do not need to explain you the types of wine available out there and surely the concept of “wine tasting” is not new to you. But did you know about the 5 S’s of wine tasting? If yes, great! If not, then you must not leave this article as this article is going to talk exactly about it. Wine tasting is nothing less than an art and there are precise and well defined steps for the same. Let us jump directly to these 5 “S” of wine tasting: See: Well, I am sure you have been fascinated about the different colors of wine available in the market. So the very first step is all about seeing through the wine and this is a very important step while tasting wine. The color should be examined well while tasting wine and for this very reason most of the times the wine is served in a room which is having white background. The color will give you a clue about the variety of grapes used and the age of the wine. Experts suggest taking your wine in “stemmed wine glass”. Do not forget to tilt the glass against the white background to see the true color of the wine. Swirl: Taking the wine poured glasses and then slightly twisting it in the air definitely looks very fancy. But do you know why this step is so important? Because while swirling, the wine gets the required amount of oxygen to “open up, as in the aroma of the wine starts to hit your olfactory senses. This step helps wine to absorb oxygen and oxygen helps wine to break down and eventually softens which is a good thing! Sniff: Now that from your previous step you could unleash the aroma of the wine, it’s important to take a good note of the same. For that you need to sniff the wine and let the aroma sink in your nostrils to enable you to understand the sources of the fine wine that you are about to taste! Sip: Now that you have got yourself accustomed with the aroma, it’s important for you to take a good sip of the lovely wine from your stemmed wine glass. Take a good sip and whirl it around in your mouth for like 4-5 seconds before gulping it down. Try and understand if you can evaluate any distinct taste. Savor: This is kind of an after-taste experience. Once you have gulped down a few sips of the wine in question, try and examine for how long the taste stays in your mouth. Whether you experienced any particular dominating taste or it was well balanced. Experts say if the after-taste lingers over 20 minutes in your mouth then my friend you have experience an exceptionally good wine! Now that you know the steps well for tasting wine please go and grab yourself a place in one of the wine-tasting tours! Cheers! #art #sip #redwine #swirl #wine SEARCH How to keep your skin healthy naturally FOOD Fantasy breakfast FOOD All About Homebrewing: The Art of Making Probiotic Fermented Beverages FOOD Virgin Territory: These non-alcoholic thirst quenchers are mixologist approved FOOD Tasting the sunny side of Christmas: Christmas Cocktails FOOD POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement By Shriniwas Kodape Breeze By Lebua State Tower: Duck Skin, Oolong, And The Distance Between Who You Are And Who You Were 9 September 2025 FOOD By Shriniwas Kodape China Table Restaurant At Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok: A Dim Sum Story At Dusk 7 September 2025 FOOD By Shriniwas Kodape The Blooming Gallery: A Fever Dream Of Matcha And Moss 15 August 2025 FOOD By Shriniwas Kodape Thiptara At The Peninsula Bangkok: Thai Soul By The River 28 July 2025 FOOD RELATED POSTS Advertisement
- Not a beach body, but a fit body
Not a beach body, but a fit body by Raunak Singh Hooda Not a beach body, but a fit body 1 June 2021 LIFESTYLE Advertisement “A sound body keeps a sound mind.” We hear this saying so often around us, this is what our parents, school teachers, and elders tell us when they need to emphasize the importance of exercise in our lives. So let’s try to understand what this means. In today’s fast-paced world, where productivity and profit are given the highest priority, and general well-being takes a backseat in light of extreme capitalism, it is imperative that people become more aware of how their body functions, and why it is necessary to keep it fit. The first and foremost cause of physical deterioration of the body lies in the mental state of a person. With many social media platforms growing increasingly toxic, a large number of people today are facing mental health issues that are deep-rooted, and these are primarily hurting the physical well-being of these people. Exercise has been found to be one of the major protectors of a person’s mental well-being. Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood, and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal. Lack of exercise also has a cause-effect relationship with obesity. A lack of proper exercise causes it, and a lack of proper exercise is also induced by it. In 2019, an estimated 38.2 million children under the age of five were found to be suffering from obesity. Why it is a problem is because raised BMI is a major risk factor for noncommunicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders(especially osteoarthritis), and even some forms of cancer. Regular physical exercise increases people’s energy expenditure, which can help them stay in energy balance, and even lose weight, as long as they don’t overcompensate for the number of calories burned during the exercise period. Physical exercise also decreases the fat around the waist and total body fat, hence slowing down the advancement of abdominal obesity. Exercise also helps to lower the blood cholesterol levels, hence lowering chances of a heart attack. Physical exercise is also recommended by doctors due to the fact, that it influences the person and the body to form a habit. If a person decides to start exercising, it will naturally boost good hormones such as serotonin, which leaves them feeling better, and that leads to the mind automatically convincing the rest of the body to make a habit out of it, so that boosts in mood and energy can be experienced more often. Hence, fitness and exercise can really improve the quality of life of an individual, and following such a lifestyle may just be the deciding factor for a healthier and longer life. - The House of Chanel: History
The House of Chanel: History by Aparajita Jaiswal The House of Chanel: History 1 May 2021 FASHION Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement Coco Chanel, the artistic genius of a million dollar empire, who was born by the name of Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel, was a French fashion designer who ruled over Parisian haute couture for almost six decades. Her elegantly casual designs inspired women of fashion to abandon the complicated, uncomfortable clothes like petticoats and corsets that were prevalent in 19th-century dress code. Among her ever so classy innovations were the Chanel suit, the quilted purse, costume jewelry, and the “little black dress”. Although the cosmetics and perfume wing of the French fashion house began many years ago with a little fragrance called No5. It started life back in 1921 when Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel was already reigning over the Paris fashion world. Everyday is a fashion show, the world is our runway Coco Chanel Chanel was born into poverty in the French countryside. After a brief stint as a shop girl, Chanel worked for a few years as a café singer. She later, with financial assistance from Arthur Capel, opened a tiny millinery shop in Deauville, France, where she also sold simple sportswear, such as jersey sweaters. Within the span of mere five years, her use of jersey’s fabric to create a poor girl look had attracted the attention of influential wealthy women seeking relief from the prevalent corseted styles. Faithful to her belief that “luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury,” Chanel’s designs stressed simplicity and comfort and revolutionized the fashion industry, changing uncomfortable corsets to leisure suits. Chanel enlisted a lot of financial help from various companies and wealthy gentlemen. The magnificent empire of Chanel no. 5 was first supported financially with the help of Ernst Beaux and introduced to the world in 1921 for the very first time. Ernst Beaux was one of the most-talented perfume creators in France. It is said that from the various samples procured by Ernst Beaux, Chanel chose the fifth sample, giving the perfume its official name. It was a combination of jasmine and several other floral scents that was more complex and mysterious than the single-scented perfumes then on the market. Chanel was the first major fashion designer to introduce a perfume and that she replaced the typical perfume packaging with a simple and sleek bottle also added to the scent’s success. She partnered with businessmen Théophile Bader of the Galeries Lafayette department store and Pierre Wertheimer of the Bourjois cosmetics company, who both agreed to help her produce more of her fragrance and to market it in exchange for a share of the profits. After signing a contract wherein she received only 10 percent of the royalties, Chanel enacted a series of lawsuits in the ensuing decades to regain control of her signature fragrance. Although she was never able to renegotiate the terms of her contract to increase her royalties, Chanel nonetheless made a considerable profit from the perfume. By the late 1920s the Chanel industries were reportedly worth millions and employed more than 2,000 people, not only in her couture house but also in a perfume laboratory, a textile mill, and a jewelry workshop. At the same time, Chanel started to expand and go global launching a cosmetics line in 1924 and a range of skincare products in 1929. Chanel closed her couture house in 1939 with the outbreak of World War II. Her associations with a German diplomat during the Nazi occupation tainted her reputation, and she did not return to fashion until 1954. That year she introduced her highly copied suit design: a collarless, braid-trimmed cardigan jacket with a graceful skirt. She also introduced bell-bottomed pants and other innovations while always retaining a clean classic look. In the 50s, Chanel No5 really was the perfume to be smelt in. In a 1954 interview, Marilyn Monroe famously answered the question “What do you wear to bed?” with the line “Just a few drops of No5”. After her death in 1971, Chanel’s couture house was led by a series of different designers, stabilizing the situation in 1983 when Karl Lagerfeld became chief designer. The popularity of the perfume continued to grow but this wasn’t necessarily a good thing. In the 1970s it was decided that No5 had lost its air of exclusivity so it was reinvented and made less widely available. Huge advertising campaigns were adopted using big name directors and big name stars; a Chanel tradition that lives on to this day. Chanel’s shrewd understanding of women’s fashion needs, her enterprising ambition, and the romantic aspects of her life, her rise from rags to riches and her sensational love affairs, continued to inspire numerous biographical books, films, and plays, including the 1970 Broadway musical Coco starring Katharine Hepburn. Chanel Today Today Chanel is 87 years old and worth $100 Million. Chanel is owned by by Alain Wertheimer and Gérard Wertheimer, grandsons of Pierre Wertheimer, who was an early business partner of the couturière Coco Chanel. Chanel focuses exclusively on women’s high fashion and ready-to-wear clothes, luxury goods, and accessories. Chanel has a huge range of fancily-priced makeup with seasonal launches and limited edition collections that come thick and fast. In more recent years, something strange happens when Chanel launch a new shade. People get a bit giddy, waiting lists are formed and cheap copycats are produced. It is one of the top luxury brands, a classic understanding of from rags to riches and a desire of every woman across the globe. Overtime they have become exclusive, desired and rare which are the reasons why Chanel’s items are both popular and expensive. #Jasmine #Chanelno5 #Fashionindustry #Fashiondesigner #Corsets #Fashion #InèsdelaFressange #HouseofChanel #Broadwaymusical #Paris #Chanelscouturehouse #Perfume #WorldWarII #Chanel #Nazi #Littleblackdress #KatharineHepburn #Dress #France #KarlLagerfeld #French #Hautecouture #Petticoats #Jewelry #Scent #ErnstBeaux #CocoChanel SEARCH Why does Fashion Need Fashion Shows FASHION From Dreams To Crowns: Anuradha Garg’s Inspiring Mrs. India Story FASHION Colour Psychology in Fashion: Explained FASHION Legendary Female Icons Who Made Fashion Statements In The 20th Century FASHION The House of Chanel: History FASHION POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement By Sakshi Shah Francesca Bellettini Ushers In Gucci’s New Dawn 19 September 2025 FASHION By Shriniwas Kodape Dibba Studio: Weaving The Future Of Fashion At Thailand Fashion Week AW25-26 2 September 2025 FASHION By Shriniwas Kodape Aksstagga: Threads That Whisper Love, Memory, And Eternity 21 August 2025 FASHION By Sakshi Shah The Pursuit Of Comfort: Body By Victoria’s Secret Redefines The Everyday Bra 18 August 2025 FASHION RELATED POSTS Advertisement
