Aksstagga: Threads That Whisper Love, Memory, And Eternity By Shriniwas Kodape Aksstagga: Threads That Whisper Love, Memory, And Eternity 21 August 2025 FASHION Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement In the soft embrace of a red drape, kissed by the eternal melody of a flute, Aksstagga breathes life into love and memory. It is not just fashion; it is a heartbeat woven into fabric, a legacy embroidered with devotion, and a story carried through time. It began as a love story, not a business. Anjali and Somil were two souls who collided, then harmonized, like needle and thread dancing together. Their home was not just walls and a roof; it was a sanctuary of dreams, a haven where laughter mingled with creativity. From this sacred space, an idea blossomed to honor the timeless art of hand embroidery, to craft garments that were not just worn but felt, not just seen but remembered. What started as Somanjali Creations was more than a brand; it was a dialogue of love and tradition. Every stitch held the patience of craft and the joy of shared evenings, sketching, stitching, dreaming. It was work, yes, but it was also love, immortalized in every thread. In 2020, the name changed, but the soul remained. Aksstagga was born, a union of memory and material, reflection and thread. It became more than garments; it became a vessel for stories, a way to carry love and remembrance into the world. When Somil left this world in 2023, Aksstagga did not falter. Instead, it became Anjali’s mirror, reflecting the love they shared. In every drape, she felt his presence. In every silhouette, his devotion lived on. Like Radha longing for Krishna, or Shiva and Parvati embodying balance, Aksstagga transformed grief into grace, absence into presence. Today, Aksstagga is not just a design house; it is a living tribute to love that transcends time. Its creations are imbued with divine philosophy, masculine and feminine, form and essence, seen and unseen, all converging into harmony. The red drape, the golden monogram, are not mere symbols; they are sacred reminders that fashion can carry the weight of memory and the depth of devotion. For those who step into the world of Aksstagga, it is not a transaction; it is a journey. You are not just a client; you are a muse, a memory waiting to be honored, a story yearning to be stitched into eternity. “You dream. We reflect,” Anjali says. And in that reflection lies the soul of Aksstagga. What sets Aksstagga apart is not just its craftsmanship but the love and meaning woven into every piece. It is not about fleeting trends; it is about permanence in a world that often forgets its value. Every fabric whispers echoes of love, every embroidery carries devotion, every silhouette reflects a story that lives on through art. For Anjali, the loom is not just a tool; it is a bridge between memory and creation, resilience and legacy. “I was once a princess in my parents’ eyes, then a queen in the arms of my soulmate,” she reflects. “With Somil, I built not just a home but a sanctuary of handwoven dreams. When life unraveled, I found not emptiness but echoes, echoes of love, resilience, and legacy. That is what Aksstagga carries forward.” Aksstagga is not just a brand; it is a testament to love that can be touched, devotion that can be worn, and memory that can take shape in silk and thread. Aksstagga is proof that some love stories don’t fade into memory; they stitch themselves into eternity, one thread at a time. - Breaking Boundaries: Monalisa Hazarika’s Journey To Mrs. India Inc
Breaking Boundaries: Monalisa Hazarika’s Journey To Mrs. India Inc By Sakshi Batra Breaking Boundaries: Monalisa Hazarika’s Journey To Mrs. India Inc 29 December 2024 FASHION Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement What happens when a woman decides to defy conventions and chase her dreams fearlessly? She becomes a trailblazer, an inspiration, and a symbol of empowerment. Monalisa Hazarika’s story is one such tale - A journey of grit, grace, and a relentless pursuit of breaking barriers. From a dreamer to a proud participant in Mrs. India , she has transformed not just her life but also the way society views women’s aspirations. Today, as a proud participant in Mrs. India, Monalisa’s journey is an inspiration to all those who dare to dream big. Empowering Women To Break Stereotypes Monalisa firmly believes that the world of beauty pageants has evolved and is no longer constricted to the stereotypical image of a woman . Women who participate in pageants are here to do so on their own terms. We are not just about beauty; we’re about brains, vision, and the ability to lead says Monalisa. “Pageants are, in fact, one of the biggest platforms for women to break the shackles of outdated stereotypes. It’s about time we celebrate every facet of a woman - the strengths, the flaws, the dreams, and the ambitions.” This powerful statement not only reflects Monalisa’s personal perspective but also challenges us to rethink the traditional narratives surrounding beauty and womanhood. For her, being a part of Mrs. India is about amplifying her voice, sharing her vision with the world, and inspiring women everywhere to believe in their potential. Support That Speaks Louder Than Words Entering a world as glamorous as fashion and beauty pageants is no easy feat. Yet, Monalisa’s journey has been paved with unwavering support from her family and partner. I’m one of the luckiest women to have such a supportive family she shares with a smile. “It was my mother-in-law who encouraged me to go ahead with this. And of course, my parents, my sister, my husband, and my kids have been my biggest pillars of strength.” Monalisa’s story reminds us that behind every successful woman is a network of support, encouragement, and love. It’s this collective strength that fuels her passion and drives her to keep pushing forward. Finding Strength In Challenges When asked about her favorite round in the pageant, Monalisa’s response is both inspiring and empowering. My favorite rounds were the panel interview and the top 15 Q&A she reveals. “It was here that I got to speak of my vision and mission in life, and this became my biggest platform to voice my opinion in front of such a large audience.” For Monalisa, the most rewarding aspect of her journey has been the opportunity to express her thoughts and dreams on a national stage. And it hasn’t always been easy . There have been moments when I felt hopeless,” she admits. “But I always made sure I got back to my confident and zealous self. Her story is a testament to the fact that success doesn’t come without challenges. But with consistency, hard work, and an unwavering belief in oneself, anything is possible. Comforting Food Despite the glamour and glitz of beauty pageants, Monalisa remains grounded. On a cheat day, my comfort food is always Biryani she laughs, adding a relatable touch to her powerful persona. It’s this down-to-earth nature that makes her even more admirable - A reminder that at the heart of every strong woman is a human being with simple joys and passions. If Monalisa Was A Judge? As a judge or curator, Monalisa would introduce a round that’s deeply personal: the All About Me round. “Here, a contestant would get to talk about herself - her story, her struggles, and her journey,” she explains. This round would be all about self-expression, with no questions or expectations from the judges. It’s a chance for every woman to be heard. Monalisa believes in authenticity, whether it’s in beauty or fashion . When something is overdone, it loses its charm she says. I believe in keeping it simple and staying true to yourself. Fashion should reflect who you are, not what others want you to be. This philosophy is part of what makes Monalisa’s outlook on fashion so refreshing. For her, it’s not about following trends, but rather about embracing individuality and personal style. Timeless Fashion: A Nod To The Past Fashion, as Monalisa puts it, always comes full circle . Fashion is cyclical. What’s old always comes back, whether it’s bell-bottom jeans or other styles from past generations she observes. And that’s the beauty of fashion—it can never be off permanently. Monalisa’s view on fashion is a reminder that trends are ever evolving, and there’s always room for creativity and reinvention. It’s about making the past relevant to the present and embracing your own unique version of style. The Legacy Of Mrs. India: A Platform For Empowerment As Monalisa’s journey unfolds, it’s clear that Mrs. India has not only been a platform for beauty but for empowerment. It’s about showcasing the true essence of a woman - her strength, her intelligence, her grace, and her resilience. Her story serves as an invitation to all women: dare to dream, be bold, embrace your individuality, and rise above challenges. Because when you have the courage to follow your passion, there are no limits to what you can achieve. - 5 by 5 Rule
5 by 5 Rule by Akash Khatri 5 by 5 Rule 1 November 2020 LIFESTYLE Advertisement A very close friend introduced me to this coincidentally 5 years back after I had been ranting about my messy day. Since then life has been a bit simpler, it goes like, “If it’s not going to matter in 5 years, don’t spend more than 5 minutes upset by it.” It didn’t make sense to me the first time too. Sounds pretty simple on paper I know, it’s difficult in reality. You won’t get used to it overnight, it will surely take a while but I promise once you do, things just seem to sort themselves. Things fall apart, they always do. I think it’s the basic law of human living. You will have challenges, changes and trials. It’s a part and parcel of a game called life. You need to accept the ugly bitter pills just like the sweet candies. It’s just the way it is supposed to be maybe. It can’t be flowers and rainbows all the way. There might be days with a little blood, tears and sweat too but it will all be worth it in the end. Sometimes decision fatigue gets overwhelming. When you can’t really think what to do, whether to keep thinking about something or not. At such times the 5 by 5 rule comes to the rescue. You can’t care about everything and anything; you have to choose what to care about. The only way to filter is this. It is highly effective in the long run and this is me talking from personal experience, tried and tested. It can be applied from the tiniest snarky comment someone passed on your dress to your workplace issues. Whenever in doubt, just ask yourself once “will it matter in the next five years?” if yes, work on it, find a solution, leave no stone unturned for it but if you get an answer in the negative, drop it right there. You will soon realize that what anyone else thinks about the colour of your dress or your new hairstyle or your handwriting won’t ever matter, they won’t even remember it after a week or so but you somewhere it might leave a mark on your heart and you would continue pondering over their nasty remarks. My heart always got the better of my brain while making decisions, it’s not bad but equilibrium is necessary. This rule helped me get a perspective around issues. Those gigantic dilemmas weren’t that bad. I realized a lot of issues had very simple solutions. You just had to know the trick to handle. Neil Armstrong once said, “I believe that every human has a finite number of heartbeats. I don’t intend to waste any of mine.” We all have limited time. We have to make our choices, they might not always be wise but mistakes are the greatest teachers. This has become my life’s litmus test. It saved me from a lot of futile thinking; I hope it helps you declutter too. #wise #test #accept #limited #dilemma #rule #Reality #decision #issue #finite #litmus #help #Life #sense #time #sort #fivebyfive #thinking #save #overwhelming #simpler #equilibrium SEARCH Ankita Malik: Empowering Change And Embracing Authenticity LIFESTYLE Juggling Two Worlds: The Inspiring Journey Of Kritika Goel LIFESTYLE Juggling Law And Fashion: The Inspirational Journey Of Riddhi Nahata, A Multifaceted Influencer LIFESTYLE Nikita Pawar: From Fashion Design To Digital Stardom LIFESTYLE Join Shruti Yogi On Her Enchanting Journey From Kumkum Bhagya To Wanderlust Saga LIFESTYLE POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement By Shriniwas Kodape Mood Indigo, IIT Bombay’s Iconic Celebration Of December 14 December 2025 LIFESTYLE By Shriniwas Kodape The Spa At The Urban Wellness Centre: Four Seasons Bangkok’s Sanctuary Where The Body Forgets The Noise 4 September 2025 LIFESTYLE By Anurag Sen Porsche Unveils The Next Generation 911 Cup: Precision, Power, And Purpose For 2026 24 August 2025 LIFESTYLE By Anurag Sen Mercedes AMG Petronas Keep The Momentum Rolling After A Podium Scoring Hungarian GP 21 August 2025 LIFESTYLE RELATED POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement

The city of Ani, Turkey Once flooded with a thousand people, cultures and powers under the Bagratid Armenian dynasty, this city now stands isolated on a plateau in the highlands of northeast Turkey. Ruled by kingdoms and empires ranging from Byzantines to Ottomans, the area is now guised in ruins and is popularly known as the ‘city of ghosts’ or ‘city of 1,001 churches’ for holding extraordinary architecture and quantity of churches and minarets in the area. It was abandoned about 90 years from now and is now ready to be recognized as a World Heritage Site. 2. Craco, Italy The town is so strikingly beautiful that even after being abandoned by its people during 20 th century because of infertile soil, flood and landslide in 1972 and 1963 respectively, it was used as the set for the movie ‘The Passion of the Christ’ and is considered an ancient site for being into existence since 540. 3. Gougi Island, China Located on the Yangtze River, this fishing village is known for its lush green buildings and towers. Known as the ‘Wizard of Oz’s Dream, this site sure will make you feel as if you’re walking into a fantasy, and belongs to a group of 400 islands called Shengsi Islands, however, Gougi forms a part of those fishing villages that are abandoned but still preserved. 4. Kolmanskop, Namibia Founded in 1908 when a man found a diamond in the area in the Namib desert but was also deserted around 1954 due to lack of resources but still it remains a strikingly gorgeous site since the abandoned houses are all covered in sand and attracts the eye. 5. Bhangarh, Rajasthan Yes, it’s known as the most haunted place in India and an abandoned one too! - Ice, Speed And Records: Porsche Taycan GTS Drifts Into History
Ice, Speed And Records: Porsche Taycan GTS Drifts Into History By Anushka Uniyal Ice, Speed And Records: Porsche Taycan GTS Drifts Into History 27 February 2025 LIFESTYLE Advertisement Imagine drifting for over 17 kilometers, but on ice. Sounds impossible? Not for Porsche . When you think of cars with record-breaking drifts, screeching tires and clouds of smoke probably come to mind, right? But this time, Porsche turned up the chill with icy roads and hot wheels! On January 14, 2025, at the Porsche Arctic Center in Levi, Finland, the all-electric Porsche Taycan GTS made history by setting a new Guinness World Record for the longest drift on ice by an electric vehicle. The distance? A jaw-dropping 17.503 kilometers of continuous drifting on a slippery ice track. Now, that’s how you make an entrance! Commanding the wheel? Porsche Experience instructor Jens Richter, whose unmatched skills kept the Taycan GTS drifting incredibly for 132 laps around a 59-meter diameter ice circle. The previous record? 14.809 kilometers. Yes, you read that right. Porsche didn’t just break the record—they shattered it! Glide, Drift & Conquer! Let’s talk about adrenaline. The icy track threw a curveball but Team Porsche was more than ready to take it on. When the surface nearly gave way under the Taycan’s sheer power, backing down wasn’t an option. With precision and patience, Richter swiftly swapped out the tire spikes and waited for the perfect temperature drop and just like that—BOOM! The Taycan GTS roared back onto the track, delivering a flawless oversteer spectacle that earned Porsche its fourth Guinness World Records title. Richter nailed it when he said, “With our new Guinness World Records title on ice, the Taycan has once again proven its sideways driving qualities. And this time, even with all-wheel drive!” Bottom line? The Taycan GTS isn’t just electric, it’s electrifying, even when the stakes are icy! The Icy Feat Let’s be real, the Taycan GTS wasn’t pulling this off in flip-flops! This powerhouse came fully equipped with well fitted Michelin tires packed with one-millimeter spikes because ice demands serious respect and grip. And of course, every epic record needs slick-tech right? A precision GPS tracked every drift to the last meter. Keeping it official was Guinness World Records adjudicator Carl Saville, ticking all the right boxes. Christian Lehwald, Managing Director of the Porsche Arctic Center, said it best: “We knew the Taycan GTS had the power and precision. We just needed the ice. And here in Levi, Finland, we’ve got the perfect playground for it.” A Record Run Like No Other The Taycan has been collecting records like stamps. Let’s go back to 2023 when the Taycan Cross Turismo set its first record by climbing an incredible 5,573 meters on the Xinjiang-Tibet route, the greatest altitude change by an electric car. In 2021, driver Leh Keen drove the Taycan to 165.1 km/h inside an exhibition hall, proving that limits are meant to be pushed, and let’s not forget 2020, when the Taycan marked the longest drift record at the Porsche Experience Center in Hockenheimring. Clearly, the Taycan doesn’t just drive—it dominates! Where Power Meets Experience For fans craving some action, the Porsche Experience is the place to be. Since 1996, the Porsche Ice Experience in Levi has given drivers the chance to push their limits on icy tracks with expert instructors by their side. The 2025 season brings a revamped 300,000 square-meter track, designed by the legendary Hermann Tilke, ready for future record-breakers. What’s next for Porsche? If history says anything, they’re just getting started. The Taycan GTS is redefining what electric cars can do on roads, at altitude and now, even on ice. Stay tuned because Porsche’s ride is far from over! - Vision V In Dubai: Mercedes Brings A Lounge To A Knife Fight
Vision V In Dubai: Mercedes Brings A Lounge To A Knife Fight By Shriniwas Kodape Vision V In Dubai: Mercedes Brings A Lounge To A Knife Fight 3 June 2025 LIFESTYLE Advertisement You don’t come to Dubai looking for subtlety. You come for the heat. For the excess. For the skyline that looks like it was sketched by someone who overdosed on ambition. So it makes sense that Mercedes-Benz picked this place—this surreal, golden desert metropolis—for the first international stop of its Vision V roadshow. After dropping jaws in Shanghai, the brand’s latest luxury experiment has touched down in a city that measures status by the inch of chrome and the volume of horsepower. And yet, the Vision V doesn’t roar. It glides. It whispers. It doesn’t beg for attention—it expects it. This isn’t your uncle’s Mercedes van. Hell, it’s not even a van. It’s a mobile philosophy wrapped in polished metal and mood lighting. It’s what happens when the Germans decide that chauffeured comfort is an art form. Think of it as the rolling love child of a Maybach, a Soho House, and a Bond villain’s escape pod. Only with better Wi-Fi. Mercedes calls it a preview of the upcoming VLS—part of their new modular Van Architecture , which sounds like something from a sci-fi manifesto. It officially drops in 2026, promising to separate commercial workhorses from what they call “Grand Limousines.” A polite way of saying: “We’re not building people movers anymore. We’re building temples.” And the Vision V ? She’s the high priestess. You step inside, and everything gets quieter. The glass, the light, the leather—it’s not luxury for Instagram. It’s for people who think privacy is sexier than popularity. The rear seats recline like first-class pods. Ambient lighting breathes. There’s a whisper of digital screens, curated just enough to impress but not overwhelm. It doesn’t feel like a car. It feels like a decision . You can almost hear the pitch to the boardroom: “Let’s build a lounge for the road. Let’s design a sanctuary for the terminally mobile. Let’s give billionaires a reason not to fly.” And damn if they didn’t deliver. Because this isn’t for your average tycoon. It’s for the operator. The shadow figure. The client who doesn’t do backseats unless they come with champagne chillers and carbon-neutral trim. But the brilliance here isn’t just in the aesthetics—it’s in what it says without saying it. The Vision V doesn’t scream, “Look at me.” It murmurs, “You’re lucky to be near me.” It’s cool in that old-school, Savile Row kind of way. Understated until it decides not to be. And here, in Dubai, that silence feels loud. On roads clogged with Lamborghinis and G-Wagons , the Vision V doesn’t compete. It floats above. You can picture it gliding through Jumeirah, past the gold-plated espresso machines and Rolls-Royce showrooms, toward a marina full of yachts that haven’t moved in years. This car knows its audience. It’s for the private-jet set who’s exhausted by private jets. For those who don’t need speed—they need silence. Space. Control. It’s not about getting there faster. It’s about getting there... better . And Mercedes, as always, is playing a long game. With this new Van Architecture platform, they’re splitting their lineup. One path leads to smart, utilitarian haulers for commerce and logistics. The other leads here: to the VLE for premium shuttles, and the VLS for this new species of luxury living room on wheels. The lines between car, office, and retreat are disappearing. Mercedes gets that. The Vision V is a bet on that vanishing point—on the new elite who want their power quieter, their wealth less ostentatious, their mobility more mindful. Will it work? Who knows. Maybe. Maybe not. But one thing’s for sure—this isn’t just a press release on wheels. It’s a cultural artifact. A reflection of what we want when we can have anything. Dubai understands that logic. Better than most. In a city that lives in the future, the Vision V already feels like part of the landscape. Like it belongs. Not just in the valet lane outside a five-star hotel, but somewhere deeper—where comfort becomes ritual, and travel becomes ceremony. It’s not a ride. It’s the mood. And if this is the future of movement—quiet, curated, a little mysterious—then maybe, just maybe, we’re finally moving in the right direction. - Is a hangover curable by sweating it out?
Is a hangover curable by sweating it out? by Aishwarya Is a hangover curable by sweating it out? 4 November 2022 LIFESTYLE Advertisement With all of the holiday parties, house guests, and office happy hours, there's a risk you'll drink a little too much one of these nights. That can make for a difficult morning. Of course, we're talking about the dreadful hangover. Everyone has their solution for resolving the issue. Maybe it's a chilly shower and a cup of black coffee. Perhaps it's simply returning to sleep for a few hours. You've probably heard about a variety of hangover remedies. A common misconception is that a rigorous workout will help you sweat out a hangover. Although lifting weights or swimming laps after overindulging may help alleviate your guilt, there is no concrete evidence that exercising out after drinking can help you feel more human faster. You could be better off simply resting and hydrating during the day. Can you, therefore, sweat out your hangover to recover faster? Many people swear by it, whether it's going for a morning run or spending 20 minutes in the hot tub. Is it, indeed, effective? Fortunately, some of the world's most brilliant brains have pondered the same question. The British Journal of Sports Medicine investigated the relationship between physical activity and alcohol use in terms of health and death. The findings demonstrated that exercising at the recommended physical activity level — at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week — mitigates some of the hazards and negative effects of alcohol. That isn't the same as healing your current hangover, but exercise has shown promise in combating some of the overall harm caused by drinking. "No compelling evidence exists to show that any conventional or complementary intervention is useful for preventing or treating alcohol hangover," according to a BMJ article published through the National Institutes of Health. This includes anecdotal classics such as raw egg yolks, over-the-counter hangover cures, dog hair, and, yes, exercise. "The most effective strategy to avoid the symptoms of an alcohol-induced hangover is to practise abstinence or moderation," it says. Before you go to the gym, understand the hazards and potential benefits of working out while hungover: Dehydration: Alcohol is a stimulant, which means it causes the body to lose more water than it takes in (through urination and perspiration). Many hangover symptoms, such as dry mouth, headaches, and nausea, are commonly caused by this. Exercising and sweating might dehydrate you even more. You may be able to work out later in the day if you can drink enough to feel better, but don't use exercise as a cure. It may simply make you feel worse if you are dehydrated. Brain Fog: One of the adverse effects of excessive drinking is difficulty concentrating. When lifting weights or performing cardio on a machine, you're much more likely to harm yourself or someone else simply because you're distracted. Discomfort and Anxiety: Drinking excessively imposes stress on the body, making everything more difficult, including exercise. Your body requires time to mend, rehydrate, and recover from a hangover. A rigorous workout before you've healed can put your body under even more strain. In other words, working out when you're already feeling lousy isn't going to help. However, if your hangover symptoms are moderate, a brisk workout may aid in your recovery. Movement can help relieve stress by increasing blood flow, releasing endorphins, and relaxing tight muscles and joints. After all, physical activity produces "feel-good" chemicals and hormones that enhance energy and mood. Keep in mind that doing exercise will not help your body absorb alcohol faster. Any advantages of exercise are related to symptom alleviation rather than "curing" the hangover. Can you, therefore, sweat out your hangover to recover faster? Many people swear by it, whether it's going for a morning run or spending 20 minutes in the hot tub. Is it, indeed, effective? #Hangover #Alcohol #Drinking #Excercise #SweatOut #Lifestyle SEARCH Ankita Malik: Empowering Change And Embracing Authenticity LIFESTYLE Juggling Two Worlds: The Inspiring Journey Of Kritika Goel LIFESTYLE Juggling Law And Fashion: The Inspirational Journey Of Riddhi Nahata, A Multifaceted Influencer LIFESTYLE Nikita Pawar: From Fashion Design To Digital Stardom LIFESTYLE Join Shruti Yogi On Her Enchanting Journey From Kumkum Bhagya To Wanderlust Saga LIFESTYLE POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement By Shriniwas Kodape Mood Indigo, IIT Bombay’s Iconic Celebration Of December 14 December 2025 LIFESTYLE By Shriniwas Kodape The Spa At The Urban Wellness Centre: Four Seasons Bangkok’s Sanctuary Where The Body Forgets The Noise 4 September 2025 LIFESTYLE By Anurag Sen Porsche Unveils The Next Generation 911 Cup: Precision, Power, And Purpose For 2026 24 August 2025 LIFESTYLE By Anurag Sen Mercedes AMG Petronas Keep The Momentum Rolling After A Podium Scoring Hungarian GP 21 August 2025 LIFESTYLE RELATED POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement
- Top 10 Beaches In The World- All About Serenity & Tan
by Priti Sharma by Priti Sharma Top 10 Beaches In The World- All About Serenity & Tan 14 February 2023 TRAVEL Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement The globe is genuinely home to an incredible variety of magnificent beaches, each more breathtaking than the last, whether they are gifted with blindingly dazzling white sands or situated in the most exquisite setting possible. Some of them are located in the center of well-known cities, while others are hidden away on tropical islands or deep within national parks. These stunning beaches must be seen to be believed, whether they are surrounded by striking rock formations, rocky cliffs, or softly swaying palm palms. 10. Navagio Beach Navagio Beach and the bright blue seas that surround it surely present a stunning image, framed by dazzling white limestone cliffs that tower above its sandy coastline. The stunning beach, which is one of the most picturesque natural settings in all of Greece, lies on the Ionian Island of Zakynthos and is frequently featured in tourist publications. Ironically, Navagio Beach is only reachable by boat and is known as "Shipwreck Beach" due to the rusted wreckage of a ship that lays on its beaches. The beauty gets better and better as you get closer as you skim through the glistening waves towards the hidden cove. 9. The Baths The Baths are located on Virgin Gorda, the third-largest island of the British Virgin Islands, at its southernmost point. On the beach, massive granite stones are piled up and form stunning tunnels and grottoes that are open to the sea and flood during high tide. The striking impact is enhanced by the tropical palms that line the sandy beaches. 8. Tapuaetai A tiny islet in the Cook Islands' Aitutaki atoll is called Tapuaetai (One Foot Island). The Aitutaki lagoon is beautifully visible from there, and depending on the tide, you may stroll on a sandbank some distance away from Tapuaetai. At the World Travel Awards held in Sydney in June 2008, the beach received the title of "Australasia's Leading Beach." 7. Zlatni Rat Zlatni Rat, also known as the "Golden Horn," projects into the Adriatic and varies in length and shape with the wind, tide, and current. The serene port town of Bol is only a short distance from the white pebble beach, which is situated on the south shore of the Island of Brac. Due to its breathtaking surroundings and glistening turquoise seas, Zlatni Rat is one of Croatia's most well-known tourist sites and frequently appears on the covers of travel publications from all over the world. It was ranked among the top ten beaches in the world by Lonely Planet in 2009. 6. Oludeniz Oludeniz, a beach in southwest Turkey with the charmingly called Turquoise Coast, is becoming a more well-known destination as news of its enormous attractions spreads. Oludeniz, which means "dead sea," is home to some outstanding snorkeling and scuba diving because of its tranquil, clear waters and amazing marine life. Even while its large sandy beach is great for lounging, the stunning surroundings are worth investigating. The legendary "Blue Lagoon," surrounded by stunning mountains, is a must-see, and many tourists parachute down to enjoy the aerial view of the beach. 5. Trunk Bay On St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Trunk Bay is a beach that is part of a National Park. The National Geographic Society named it one of the world's most beautiful beaches, drawing throngs of cruise ship tourists. The beach's amenities include a snack bar, bathrooms and showers, a lifeguard, and—most famously—a coral reef snorkeling route. 4. Maya Bay Since having shot to fame in the 1999 film The Beach, Maya Bay in Thailand has been one of the most sought-after beaches in the world. Such was its popularity, however, that Thai authorities had to shut the beach in 2018 and limit the number of visitors to 2,000 a day to help protect and preserve the environment. Surrounded and sheltered by towering limestone cliffs, Maya Bay’s white sand beach and inviting waters make for one of the most stunning settings imaginable. Located on the island of Ko Phi Phi Le, which lies in the Andaman Sea, Maya Bay is a treat to visit. Visitors can enjoy kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving around the bay. 3. Whitehaven Beach It is simple to see why Whitehaven Beach in Queensland, Australia, is often listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It spans about seven kilometers, with magnificent turquoise seas around its isolated bays and lagoons. It is home to some of the cleanest beaches on Earth. The beach receives comparatively few tourists as a result of its isolated position in the Whitsunday Islands. With no one else in sight, you may relax on the sand, go kayaking, or have a BBQ. Whitehaven Beach is located in the center of the Great Barrier Reef and is only reachable by seaplane, helicopter, or boat. 2. Tulum Tulum, which is located on Mexico's Caribbean coast, is home to one of the best-preserved Mayan ruins in the nation as well as one of its greatest beaches. The Mayan city of Coba originally used it as its main port. Tulum lacks the beauty of certain other well-known locations since it was constructed about 1200 AD when the Mayan civilization was already in decline. However, the backdrop of a tropical beach makes this one of Mexico's busiest tourist spots and a photographer or artist's paradise. 1. Anse Source D'Argent Anse Source D'Argent distinguishes out from the pack among the gorgeous and opulent beach resorts that Seychelles is known for. It is situated on the island of La Digue and is one of the most well-publicized beaches in the world. Anse Source D'Argent, is one of the best beaches in the world, with a winning combination of pink sand beaches, coconut palms, and big granite rocks dotting the coastline. It truly is an island paradise unmatched by any other, with the warm seas of the Indian Ocean lapping at its shores, clean and unspoiled nature all about you, and exotic birds fluttering overhead. - The best picnic spots around the world - that you need to visit
The best picnic spots around the world - that you need to visit by Aishwarya The best picnic spots around the world - that you need to visit 4 November 2022 LIFESTYLE Advertisement Scotch eggs, cheese, and champagne may sound like the ideal picnic, but add views of a rose garden, the beach, or a wildebeest stampede and it becomes even more spectacular. Picnics are everyone's favourite. So let’s see some of the best places to have your picnic, the next time! Beach picnic in Rapid Bay, Australia: Legend has it that when the explorer Colonel Light landed in Rapid Bay aboard HMS Rapid in 1830, he said he'd scarcely seen a better place, and it's difficult to disagree. The bay's sandy beach is nestled beneath cliffs that overlook the ocean and is only a 90-minute drive from Adelaide on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. The sea is at its warmest between October and May, so you can relax on the beach after feasting on local cheese, bread, and McLaren Vale wine from neighbouring vineyards. You can also snorkel or dive to encounter leafy sea dragons beneath the bay's jetty, as well as cowfish, pufferfish, and the rare bull ray in the nearby coral. Tanzanian bush picnic at Sanctuary Kusini: What does a picnic while viewing a wildebeest stampede sound like? Sanctuary Kusini is Tanzania's only permanent camp in the distant south of the Serengeti, overlooking grassy plains teeming with predators all year. You may have a picnic in the main lodge, which is built around a cluster of kopjes (rocky outcrops), giving you front-row seats to the Great Migration. Alternatively, you can get a hamper and have a bush picnic. Wildlife picnic in Kumana National Park, Sri Lanka: Set up your picnic basket on the banks of the river that flows through Kumana National Park, an hour's drive from Arugam Bay on Sri Lanka's east coast. As you sip your Ceylon tea, you may notice deer, wild buffalo, elephants, or leopards quenching their thirst in the river. Alternatively, spread down a blanket in Kumana Villu, a 202-hectare mangrove swamp where painted storks feed their fledglings in the treetops and pheasant-tailed jacana swim about floating nests. To avoid the annual rain, the area is best explored between April and September. Ayu in the Wild, a luxury tour company, creates customised tours with a focus on ecological and slow travel - and it can even prepare a picnic. Cherry blossom picnic in Tohoku, Japan: Try digging into an obento lunch box with a glass of sake at a table amid hundreds of pink cherry blossoms if you thought a picnic in a rose garden was romantic. Tohoku Local Secret Tours will arrange a private hanami (flower viewing) picnic on the grounds of the 1,200-year-old Shiogama Shrine in Sendai, in the Tohoku area of northern Japan, and a local musician will serenade you on a three-stringed shamisen. After your picnic, you can visit the shrine grounds. Rose garden picnic in Sacramento, California: Sacramento, known as the Farm-to-Fork Capital, is home to California's largest farmers market, so stock up on fresh vegetables and wine from the adjacent Napa and Sonoma Valleys. After you've finished your picnic, you can relax on the seats at McKinley Park Rose Garden in the city's east, which has over 1,000 rose bushes and tree roses. Every year, new types are sown. Visit between March and May to view the blossoms at their peak. What does a picnic while viewing a wildebeest stampede sound like?
