- Anxiety
SOCIETY by Anadi Gupta Anxiety 27 July 2020 SOCIETY Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement Anxiety feels different for everyone. Its symptoms can last for a long time, or come and go. Anxiety is tough, not just for the people that have it but also for those who are stuck with them. It is understandably confusing at times. So, here are some things for you to remember when being with someone with anxiety. No one likes to be defined by the one fault that they have in themselves. They are more than their anxiety. If you really want to care and do something for a person suffering from anxiety then always make them realize that you appreciate the individual going through this phase and you really want to be supportive towards them. It can make them exhausted easily. It causes people to live in hypertension as they get overwhelmed and sad very quickly. Because of hypertension their mind always stays unstable and their body stays highly activated and all of this causes fatigue. If you see someone panicking then at that time they don’t want you to ask if they are fine or not because you already know the answer. The best way to help them at the time is listen to their needs and if they ask you to leave them alone, just leave them alone without forcing them to react furthermore. They don’t always express but they appreciate you sticking by them. They know you are not supposed to deal with their irrationality but you are still sticking by them. They know their reactions can be very hurtful and hard for you to digest and there can be a few things that you like to do but you are not able to do them because of them. There is one thing which affects the person with anxiety and the people around them and that is they over think situations a lot, almost everything. Results of over thinking may end in hurting the people around them. But they know your value no matter how subtle their responses are. Over thinking causes many misunderstandings between people. It can happen because of the traumatic incidents they have faced in the past. It is harder for them to let go of things as easily as people not dealing with anxiety can. Changes can be very difficult for the individuals with anxiety. Everybody has a comfort zone and getting out of it is very difficult even if it may seem normal. When they face a big change, it can take them a lot longer to settle back down and handle situations like before and deal with that zone again. You just need to be a little more patient and understanding while dealing with those suffering from anxiety. They are doing their best and are trying their best. Sometimes all it takes is a person who can listen to them carefully without any judgments or opinions as it becomes easier to communicate if they feel protected with you. They are very well known from the fact that their anxieties are irrational but it does not stop them from worrying. Sometimes due to anxiety and panic attacks a person can be very exhausted and it can be possible that they would need some time alone and you may have to understand the fact that they are not ignoring you while doing that. They sometimes just need some time for themselves, to understand and ponder upon their self-worth and what they are doing in life. Sometimes it can be possible that when you are telling them incidents very excitedly but they could not pay attention and you can’t feel their presence in that moment. It is not their fault as because of the instability of their brain they have a tougher time concentrating. It’s completely all right to be a person who suffers from anxiety. It does not define anyone. It can be a struggle at times but what matters the most is how you fight against it and how you come out at the other end. That is what makes a person stronger than anybody else. It is not your weakness. Individuals with anxieties are the same as other people. They have fun, like adventures and experience the same feelings and things as everybody else. There are times when things get difficult but these were a few tips on taking care of someone you love who also deals with anxiety. #Anxiety #Selfhelp #Anxietyattack #Mentalabuse #Hate #AnxietyAnxietiesSufferingfromanxietyPanicPanicattackPanicking #Panicattack #Mentalillness #Mentalhealth SEARCH Why India is the most depressed country in the world? - Life Changing Trips Everyone Should Experience At Least Once
by Priti Sharma by Priti Sharma Life Changing Trips Everyone Should Experience At Least Once 15 February 2023 TRAVEL Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement A vacation is usually an excellent idea. It's never a terrible thing to switch up your surroundings and put work aside for a few days, no matter where you're going. However bizarre it may sound, becoming bored when on vacation is possible. I'll give you an illustration: You're not taking full benefit of travel if your yearly vacation involves going to the same little beach town every summer, where you stay in the same lodgings and dine at the same eateries. It's good to return to a location that seems familiar, but discovering new things is one of the most delicate parts of traveling. It's a chance to venture beyond your comfort zone and experience sights, sounds, and tastes that are unavailable to you at home. If you're ready to try something different the next time you go OOO, let us give you some ideas. We've put up a list of 11 amazing journeys that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. You can cross these off your bucket list when you go on your next journey. 1. Hike in a National Park One of the finest ways to see the natural beauty that can be found right here in the United States is to visit a national park. It's hardly surprising that tourists from all over the world flock to these locations given the abundance of animals, magnificent natural features, and unrivaled stargazing. Make it a point to visit at least one (but ideally many!) of the 63 national parks that are dispersed around the nation during your lifetime. The Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountains, Yellowstone, and Glacier are just a handful of the amazing places that should be on your bucket list. 2. Visit Paris Romance, creativity, fashion, and cuisine. Although Paris sells them throughout the year, the Salon du Chocolat is when they are highlighted. The top chocolatiers, confectioners, and cocoa specialists in the world celebrate unique flavors and innovations every fall. Paris is usually an excellent option because of its iconic architecture, world-class museums, and delectable cuisine, to name a few. It's a city that everyone must see at least once. Visit Paris for the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre; stay for the city's quaint sidewalk cafés, outdoor markets, and stunning parks. 3. Head to a Tropical Beach Nothing screams leisure like sprawling out on a beach with a fruity cocktail in your hand and the crystal blue sea out in front of you. A leisurely trip to the tropics can be exactly what you need if you're used to holidays that are jam-packed with activities. With places like Hawaii, Tahiti, the Maldives, or of countless Caribbean islands, you can't go wrong. 4. Experience an African Safari The experience of viewing lions, giraffes, and elephants in their natural habitats is incomparable to visiting a zoo. One of those once-in-a-lifetime events that you must actually experience is an African safari. You will experience incredible animals and scenery that you won't find anywhere else on the globe while being led by a local expert. Start your vacation in one of the top-rated safari locations, such as Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania, or South Africa. 5. Take a Tour of Italy It is impossible to choose just one Italy location to check off your bucket list because of the country's diverse landscapes and rich history, including Rome, Tuscany, and the sparkling Almafi Coast. The greatest way to experience it is as a complete. Italy's train system, fortunately, makes it simple to travel the whole length of the nation. 6. See the Big Apple Nothing compares to New York City. It serves as the famous backdrop for several films and TV series and serves as a representation of a great deal of American culture. Of course, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge are all must-see features, but what will make you fall in love with New York is its different neighborhoods, indie eateries, and hidden-gem boutiques. 7. Spot the Northern Lights A little price to pay for some wind and snow is the chance to view the Northern Lights, which involves enduring Arctic conditions. The stunning light show may be seen in places like northern Canada, Alaska, Iceland, Finland, and Norway, despite the fact that the phenomenon is notoriously hard to spot. 8. Road Trip Across the Country Even though flying is frequently the more convenient choice, a road vacation includes travel as a component of the experience. It provides you the chance to eat quickly in quaint rural towns or take photographs at tacky roadside sights en route to your destination. Additionally, you never know when you'll find a fantastic location that wasn't on your schedule. Therefore, inflate your tires, pack the car, and don't forget to bring a tonne of goodies. 9. Visit One of the Seven World Wonders The seven wonders must be included on each traveler's bucket list. Any one of these wonders is certainly worth the trek across the globe; they are among the most amazing human-built buildings ever made. Choose from the Taj Mahal, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China, the Colosseum, Chichén Itzá, Christ the Redeemer, Machu Picchu, and Chichén Itzá. 10. Explore Australia Australia is a place that is genuinely unique. It has famous landmarks like the Great Barrier Reef and the Sydney Opera House, as well as a broad range of animals that are unique to this continent (think kangaroos, koalas, and wallabies). Australia provides an experience for everyone, with everything from humming cities and sandy beaches to deep jungles and alpine summits. 11. Eat Your Way Through Southeast Asia Southeast Asia, which includes nations like Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines, is unquestionably a culinary lover's dream. The area offers so many mouthwatering delicacies that it would be hard to sample them all, and it boasts some of the greatest street cuisines on the whole globe. In addition, the region is rather affordable for travel (and very well-liked among backpackers! ), making it possible to see several nations in one journey. What's next on your travel list? With so many places worth traveling to, it can be hard to narrow down your top spots to visit. Sometimes what draws us to a place are the well-known sights, delectable cuisine, and luxurious hotels, and other times it's the bragging rights that come with seeing every continent, nation, or state. Whatever your reason, we've compiled a list of 11 extraordinary journeys that include once-in-a-lifetime encounters and renowned sites that are unique to each location. What then qualifies a vacation as really transformative? One thing is certain, though: After reading this list of iconic road trips and African safaris, you'll be itching to start planning your next big journey. - Norway’s Impressive Art Of Recycling
SOCIETY by Anushka Singh Norway’s Impressive Art Of Recycling 27 July 2020 SOCIETY Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement Norway, the country of enthralling natural beauty, is excelling the art of waste management. The kingdom of Norway has come up with ideas worth adopting and has positively brought the entire conception of the three R’s into play. While other industrialized nations still scuffle, at an alarming rate, with the consumption of problematic plastic waste, Norway stands out by managing to recycle up to 97% of its plastic bottles. The country is breaking ground in scrutinizing all the aspects of waste supervision techniques by implementing a nationwide bottle deposit scheme. Recycling technology has come a long way since the earliest vital investments in the sector. Anything and everything can now be recycled; paper, plastic, metal or an entire house. Through an organization called Infinitum, the Scandinavian country has established itself as the most effective of all by designing the best environment-friendly modes of recycling plastic bottles. While other countries are still in the process of forming a good stable model for recycling plastic trash, Norway sometimes imports trash to keep its recycling process going. What makes Norway awe-inspiringly different is the way it has given recycling a value it never had and this value is what makes the companies and consumers walk on the righteous path to conserve our environment. Their radical approach is based on a loan scheme implying that when a consumer buys any plastic bottle, they are charged an additional amount of money equivalent to about 13 to 30 US cents which can be redeemed in discrete ways. The buyer can either take the plastic bottle to one of the several thousand ‘reverse vending machines’ present in public spaces like schools and supermarkets which returns the money after scanning the barcode of the deposited bottle or they can return them in shops and gas stations in exchange of money or store credit. Also, the plastic producers in Norway are subject to an environmental tax and almost all of them have signed up for the bottle deposit scheme. Hence, the more plastic they recycle, the lesser their tax is and on reaching the target of recycling over 95 percent of total produced plastic, they don’t have to pay at all. The four-container system Apart from having the world’s most effective plastic recycling plans, Norway also has an intricate system that the locals have been taught since childhood. The Norwegian recycling idea also involves a colour coding system. The coloured bins and bags are basically to help people decipher what type of waste goes where. There are green, blue and white bins in0 some places and plain bins that take the specific green, blue and white waste in others. The food and organic waste should be dumped in the green bin/bag, all plastic packaging in blue, paper or cardboard related waste in white and lastly, the electronic or hazardous waste in the red. Being one of the most systematic countries, Norway has remained unbeaten in maintaining a sound lifestyle for its citizens. And the Norwegian system of waste management is definitely giving the rest of the world a brilliant blueprint by proving that with the right tech and proper awareness, we can take big steps to have a trash-free future. #NorwayRecyclingTrashWasteWastemanagementPlasticPlasticbottlePlastictrashPlasticrecycling SEARCH Why India is the most depressed country in the world? Neon Nights And Yellow Lights: The Sonic World Of Natania Lalwani By Shriniwas Kodape Neon Nights And Yellow Lights: The Sonic World Of Natania Lalwani 30 April 2025 COVER STORIES Advertisement I’ve always believed that music — the good kind, the gut-punch kind — is made by people who don’t quite belong anywhere. People with one foot in the door, one foot out on the fire escape, ready to bolt the minute the conversation gets boring. And somewhere out there in that beautifully disoriented space lives Natania Lalwani . Now, here’s a voice that doesn’t just drift through your headphones. No, this is the kind of voice that crawls up the back of your neck, plants itself in your bloodstream, and stays there. It’s not clean, it’s not tidy, and thank god for that. It’s jagged, restless, dipped in heartbreak and late-night neon, like a love letter you’re too afraid to send. Born in the buzzing chaos of Mumbai and living under the hazy sun-bleached sprawl of Los Angeles, Natania’s music exists in a place where maps don’t work. You can try to pin her down with genre labels, diaspora clichés, Spotify playlist tags — go ahead, the industry certainly has — but she’ll slip through your fingers every damn time. And that, dear reader, is exactly why we wanted her in this issue. We live in a time when too many artists are pre-packaged, algorithm-approved, made for TikTok virality, and 30-second hooks. Everything is safe, synthetic, and sterilized for mass consumption. But Natania’s work? It bleeds. It bruises. It sounds like somebody is still chasing the ghost of their younger self down rain-slick streets. Her track “Gulzar” isn’t just a song — it’s a mood, a state of mind, the soundtrack to those hazy, half-remembered conversations with people you’ll probably never see again. Pro Tip: Don’t play “Gulzar” when you’re trying to be emotionally numb. It has a way of cracking something open in you — making you feel like you’ve stumbled onto the closing scene of a film you didn’t know you were starring in. Don’t say we didn’t warn you. What gets me — what always gets me — is that she’s not trying to be anything other than what she is. A woman caught between cities, between identities, between the version of herself the world expects and the one she’s still figuring out. And she’s making art in that blurred space, turning confusion into melody, fear into rhythm. That’s not just music. That’s survival. Before the label deals, the TV soundtracks , the ad campaigns and the Spotify checks, it was just her — a girl in her bedroom with a guitar, a laptop, and a head full of sounds no one else could hear yet. That’s the stuff we should be chasing. The raw, unfinished, stubbornly personal things. The kind of music you play alone at night, long after the city’s gone to sleep, when it’s just you and whatever ghosts you haven’t managed to shake. This feature isn’t here to slap a ‘next big thing’ sticker on her. Screw that. It’s here because in a year where everything feels engineered and overproduced, Natania Lalwani reminds us that some things still come from the gut, from the dark, from the unlit corners of our heads where the good stories hide. Side Note: If you’re wondering why we’re so obsessed with this " gut instinct " thing, it’s because in a world where everyone’s selling something, it’s the only thing that’s still free. She’s not just making Indian pop music. Or LA indie pop. Or cross-cultural, genre-bending “content.” She’s making Natania music . And that’s exactly what we need. So raise a glass, light a cigarette, put on the record, whatever your vice — and listen closely. The in-between never sounded this good. — Shriniwas Kodape, L’utopia Magazine SEARCH A Journey Shaped By Courage, Creativity, And Social Media With Aditi Sharma COVER STORIES Inner Joy Trails My Inspiration : A Candid Conversation With The Creative Anushka Kaushik COVER STORIES Barkha Singh’s candid candour makes the way to an eye-catching interview COVER STORIES Educate, Empower, Excel: Priyanka Chahar Choudhary's Inspirational Overture COVER STORIES Waluscha De Sousa On Being Her ‘True Self’ And Going On The Dream Journey COVER STORIES POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement By Anurag Sen Vivian Dsena: The Fluke Star Who Became Television’s Undying Heartthrob 25 September 2025 COVER STORIES By Ananya Patankar Unscripted, Unstoppable: The Many Lives Of Christine Gulasatree 22 August 2025 COVER STORIES By Ananya Patankar Off Script, On Truth: Anshumaan Pushkar In His Own Words 30 June 2025 COVER STORIES By Ananya Patankar From Mowgli To Maverick: Why Shaan R Grover Feels Like The Real Deal 13 June 2025 COVER STORIES RELATED POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement
- Breaking Barrier And Redefining Inclusivity Conduct Of Para Events: Shaping Of A Better Future By Mithibai Kshitij
SOCIETY By Rini Pathak Breaking Barrier And Redefining Inclusivity Conduct Of Para Events: Shaping Of A Better Future By Mithibai Kshitij 19 January 2024 SOCIETY Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement Many people in the world speak a lot about inclusivity and diversity whereas there are only a few amongst them who transform their words into actions and define the real meaning of inclusivity. Fortunately, Mithibai Kshitij , situated in the city of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India is a distinctive example of an organization that believes in action rather than ranting about equality. Mithibai Kshitij has been able to emerge as the pioneer in arranging Para Events within its educational framework among other educational institutions. It has been creating and even rewriting history by being the only college festival to host Para Events. This year too has not been any different and the Mithibai Kshitij has perpetuated its tradition by hosting Para Events for the specially-abled children on the 7th of January. The event was dedicated especially to these children to showcase their caliber in front of all. The organization of the event demonstrated nothing but the college’s devotion towards the provision of a platform that embraced equality and inclusivity where everyone regardless of their physical appearance was welcomed to showcase their unique skills. The respective Para Events consisted of four different genres. Each of which were designed with caution allowing the individuals to celebrate their own unique and diverse talents. These four categories included: Rang Manch, Pitch Perfect, Para Talent Show, and Cascade of Colours. The ‘Rang Manch’ was an event of dance competition that was presided over by the famous dance choreographer, Noorin Sha . The event saw various participants mesmerizing everyone including Sha with their enchanting performances. The event, ‘Pitch Perfect’ was an affair of singing competition where the specially-abled participants’ talent of singing was showcased. The event highlighted the melodic voices of the participants and was judged by the celebrated music expert, Arvinder Singh . The ‘Para Talent Show’ was a platform where each participant was able to impress everyone by flaunting diverse skills. This show was presided over by the distinguished actor, Jay Soni . The last but not the least event, ‘Cascade of Colours’ consisted of a painting competition. Isha Kamal , an expert artist, provided a significant assessment of the talented participants who displayed their artistic caliber. The extremely talented judges’ panel brought along with them an abundance of expertise to provide appraisal and examine the spellbounding performances showcased by the young talents throughout the various events. A cherry on the cake was the enchanting enactment by the Magician who was able to mesmerize everyone and infuse a luminous radiance into the day. The Para Events was a huge success which demonstrated Mithibai Kshitij’s devotion towards the creation of a community that believes in equality and inclusivity of all individual students. The college is certain that this is not their last Para Event and promises to continue the milestone in the upcoming future too. The educational institution has even been able to set an inspiring example for other educational institutions to follow in the pursuit of inclusivity and equal opportunities for all, establishing an optimistic and supporting environment where each individual can thrive. Hence, we too must take an oath to follow the steps of Mithibai Kshitij and do our share of work for the creation of an inclusive society. - New York Fashion Week Fall Collection
New York Fashion Week Fall Collection by Akash Khatri New York Fashion Week Fall Collection 1 January 2021 FASHION Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement New York Fashion Week is one of the “Big 4” fashion weeks in the world and is held semi-annually each year in February and September. This year all the live shows struggled to follow their conventional path due to pandemics, New York fashion week was no exception either and for months fashion designers struggled to cope with the “new normal” but definitely came up with some amazing collection. As pandemic has changed the trend of fashion to some extent and with most of the people working from home, the New York fashion week showcased the basic yet chic versions of the clothing rather than going all hunky-dory and glittery. The main cause taken up by most of the fashion designers was “Sustainable fashion” that would protect our environment and in times of such crisis like we are in 2020, giving attention to the environment and global warming is essential. One off-putting thing that the New York fashion week missed is to witness a few of the famous designers participating in New York fashion week’s fall collection. Although looking at the brighter side, the absence of few famous and well-known designers created room for the new and younger designers to shine through. Few names that won heart in the New York Fashion Week fall collection of 2020 are: Marc Jacobs: He highlighted more of the basics in an old school way. A-line coats and Mini shift dresses were the major highlights from his collection. Marina Moscone: She is known for her minimalistic styling. However, she surprised everyone in the fall collection and came up with some sexy options for the evening, some suits, and even used leopard prints for gowns. Prabal Gurung: He expressed his New York fall collection as a love letter to the city which deeply is fascinated about fashion and colours. He showcased the love for glamour meticulously via suits to gowns to jackets. Khaite: She presented her collection as a tale of two women from two different worlds which blended so perfectly and did not even urge us to choose a side either. Such diligently worked collection. There were far too many talented designers who gave everyone major fashion goals and showed how fashion would probably look like in the coming year. Hope you guys have taken note of how suits, A-line dresses, and animal prints and evening gowns won heart at the fall collection in New York fashion week and would keep your wardrobe updated accordingly. - How To Find And Where To Look For Your Ikigai
How To Find And Where To Look For Your Ikigai by Aarti Singh How To Find And Where To Look For Your Ikigai 29 October 2022 LIFESTYLE Advertisement Ikigai (生き甲斐), a Japanese concept which means purpose of living. To put it simply, a reason of being. The cause for which you wake up every morning. Something that gives you direction in life. Something that moves you and gives you a reason to keep trying, keep going on, no matter what. Your purpose needn’t be as huge as World Peace. Infact the one time you should be truly and genuinely selfish is while looking for the purpose of your life. Your purpose should be yours only. It should be special and personal to you. Afterall it’s yours. It’s yours to build, it’s yours to work upon, it’s yours to wake up to, it’s yours to sleep to, it’s yours to dream, it’s yours to achieve. Your purpose, your calling is the one thing in the world that is completely yours and no one else can take it from you. Your reason does not need to make sense to anyone but you. And you know what, it should not. It makes sense to you, and that’s enough because you’re the only one who gets a say in this matter. You might think that the most critical decisions in your lives are maybe your choice of subject, or your partner, or maybe the college you want to go to. But no, the most important decision of your life is whether you really want to find your purpose or whether you want to lead a life without ever knowing your full-potential. Because your full potential can only be unlocked when you’re doing something you love whole heartedly and believe in. Your Ikigai is something so very personal. Just like that diary you made when you were a teenager. Your purpose consists of all your failures, your hardships, your success, your attempts, your good days, your bad days, your self-doubt, everything. But most importantly, it has seen you try even when you were at your lowest and were considering to give up. But you know what the most tiresome part of this process is? It’s not the numerous failures. It’s definitely not the self-doubt. It is the search. The search for you Ikigai. The search for your purpose. Maybe you haven’t found your purposed yet. Or maybe your purpose hasn’t found you yet. But that, my friend, is the beauty of it. That you can go look for it yourself. You can look for it right now if you want. Look for it in the deepest darkest crevices of those nights where nothing seemed to make sense, look for it in the firs ray of sunshine on the mornings which felt like a new start, look for it in the classes that always felt useless, look for it in the clouds which were too stormy and in the silver rays of hope which shone after it, look for it in the daydreams that you’d rather live in and look for it in the nightmare you never wanna relive. Your reason will start as a dream initially. It will seem like something that you have to achieve one day. Sometimes it may also seem like a hazy wish but you have the power to make it your reality because it isn’t something you achieve, no, it is something that you cherish everyday as you wake up. It is not a pedestal, it is something in you, that makes you, you. Your purpose should be yours only. It should be special and personal to you. Afterall it’s yours. - Grace, Grit, And Glory: The Story of Mrs. India Galaxy, Rinima Borah
Grace, Grit, And Glory: The Story of Mrs. India Galaxy, Rinima Borah By Sakshi Batra Grace, Grit, And Glory: The Story of Mrs. India Galaxy, Rinima Borah 19 December 2024 FASHION Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement In a world obsessed with outer beauty, the true essence of inner beauty often goes unnoticed. Meet Mrs. Rinima Borah - an entrepreneur, pageant winner & an amalgamation of beauty with brains. Belonging from a town in Assam growing up with limited resources but abundant love, Rinima believed that true wealth lies in empathy, kindness, and determination. From starting her own venture " MISS MOMO ” a brand dedicated to gorgeous ladies from fashion seized 2xs to 5xl celebrating diversity and challenging outdated beauty norms. Rinima mentioned that for her "Business isn't just about making profits; it's about creating positive change.” With her brand she represents her mission to embrace diversity in shape, age and background—a rarity in the industry. She remained committed to prioritising authenticity over popularity. Her leadership style reflects the same values, as she fosters an egalitarian environment within her team and values transparency, making sure everyone’s voice is heard. Her journey isn’t just about achievements; it’s a testament to resilience, kindness, and the power of believing in oneself. Ronnie : Endless love for her little star One of the most beautiful aspects of Rinima’s journey doesn’t only revolve around the pageant or business but she extends her role beautifully as a guardian to her nephew Ronnie, where she sees her inner self. Ronnie was abandoned by his father at a young age and didn't hesitate to step in, and believed that he’s an extension of her, a part of her family," she says. Watching Ronnie ever since childhood grow into a kind and empathetic young man gave her immense pleasure “Raising him transformed me, bringing out a nurturing side I didn’t know existed,” she mentioned. Through the transparency in their bond, she hopes to inspire a kinder and more compassionate generation. Sacrifices of Women Rinima believes that women should never give up on their dreams, even after marriage. Marriage and family are essential sources of love and support, but they shouldn't be the reasons to compromise one's aspirations. “Every woman deserves the opportunity to pursue her passions, grow personally and professionally, and continue to evolve beyond her roles as a wife or mother.” Rinima grew up surrounded by strong, intelligent women who embodied both power and humility. They taught her that true beauty comes from purpose, intellect, and integrity. Overcoming insecurities and learning to embrace her true self has helped her become the confident woman she is today. Her family was over the moon when she decided to be a part of Mrs. India Inc , while her husband's family was initially & had reservations but eventually supported her dream. “Platforms like Mrs. India Pageants are changing perceptions, celebrating real women”. Being a part of Mrs. India Inc and winning title of Mrs. India Galaxy is all about embracing authenticity & not fitting into a mould. Mrs India reinforced her belief that women should have the freedom to make her own choices, and “I’m proud to be part of the movement changing societal norms”. Breaking Stereotypes & Empowering Women Every Indian woman should be able to make her own decision. The world of beauty pageants has come a long way, and she gives herself as an example to this evolution. “I’m 5'4 and have tattoos, something that would have been unthinkable for a beauty queen in the past. “These platforms are paving the way for inclusive representation, celebrating women of all ages, marital statuses, and unique traits” proving that strength and authenticity are the new gold standards. Despite facing domestic violence and countless challenges for her, giving up was never an option from concealing her bruises with makeup, she faced the world with unmatched strength with a smile on her face which even gave strength to her during the contest. "For women like me, resilience isn’t just a trait—it’s a necessity.” Her journey is a true representation of power "Indian women are breaking moulds, challenging norms, and proving that they’re not just resilient, but also leaders and changemakers." Balanced meal - cheatmeal? Cheat meal? No not for me," she says with a smile. I find joy in the simplicity of good meals, i love eating "Khichdi with potatoes, coriander, and a side of papad and pickle is my ultimate comfort food." When it comes to fitness my philosophy is all about balance. "I believe in enjoying my favourite foods without guilt, focusing on portion control and staying consistent” balance and moderation is a key to great health and a healthy lifestyle. Imagine being a judge & curating a round As per her perspective, if she were a judge she would introduce a debate round to give contestants a platform to showcase their views and intellect. It would not only allow the audience and judges to understand each contestant’s perspectives but also will help in checking the confidence, and critical thinking ability. “A healthy debate would encourage mutual respect, inspire growth, and highlight diverse perspectives on real-world issues, ensuring we choose the best candidate to represent India on the global stage”. Empowering Women through change Rinima’s journey shows the strength of resilience, authenticity, and believing in herself. Through every challenge, she has embraced who she truly is, inspiring others to do the same. As she continues to break barriers and redefine beauty, her story reminds us that true strength comes from being ourselves, and Beauty shines brightest when it’s rooted in purpose and integrity SEARCH Why does Fashion Need Fashion Shows FASHION From Dreams To Crowns: Anuradha Garg’s Inspiring Mrs. India Story FASHION Colour Psychology in Fashion: Explained FASHION Legendary Female Icons Who Made Fashion Statements In The 20th Century FASHION The House of Chanel: History FASHION POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement By Sakshi Shah Francesca Bellettini Ushers In Gucci’s New Dawn 19 September 2025 FASHION By Shriniwas Kodape Dibba Studio: Weaving The Future Of Fashion At Thailand Fashion Week AW25-26 2 September 2025 FASHION By Shriniwas Kodape Aksstagga: Threads That Whisper Love, Memory, And Eternity 21 August 2025 FASHION By Sakshi Shah The Pursuit Of Comfort: Body By Victoria’s Secret Redefines The Everyday Bra 18 August 2025 FASHION RELATED POSTS Advertisement
